Attached is a PDF doc.
It contains a visual I have made relating to the so called "Ten commandments of Improvement".
The doc is sized at 17" x 11" and the resolution is 300 x 300 pixels per inch, so it can be printed or plotted off on a larger oversized scale.
Hope it's useful to some at the SDF.
