It's approaching the time of year when many of us will find ourselves munching on the flesh of a very ugly bird. That's right - a Turkey! :x_biggrin: Obviously good food safety is important all the year round, but its especially important during the festive season when we may well be entertaining friends, family and quite possibly elderly relatives.

Fortunately the Canadian Food Inspection Agency has developed a useful Fact Sheet to ensure your get-togethers stay injury free during the festive period.

More sprouts anyone?
