Dear all,
I would ask your help about implementing a new hygiene system in my factory. We have already a system but seems not sufficient. First I want to start with "Cleaning Recording" system. For instance for packaging machines which way do you follow in case of product changes. How do you clean, how do you record, ...Then weekly, monthly cleanings? Briefly I need to see some formats.

Could you pls share your documentations with me?

Thks yr report of failed working of attachment in kaz's post.
I tried it myself and it worked ok for me (pls remember you hv to be logged in ??).
Pls try again and revert if no success.
