Hi All,
I bumped into the attached APQC process framework documents some time ago through the ANAO Business Continuity Planning guide (also attached..page 33).

What do people think? Is it just me or is this stuff really exciting?

Thanks for sharing Susan, I downloaded the documents, but I have a lot of reading to do before I can comment. One thing I can say the spreadsheet is amazing, I spent 10 minutes clicking the + and - signs. Never seen that before, very clever.
