A customer has recommended we use a balanced score sheet with reference to problem solving & project management.

My difficulty is - what is it? Obviously I do not want to plead ignorance to a customer.

My best guess is that it is a variant of Force Field Analysis but I would appreciate it if anyone can give me a more precise answer.

Hi Richard,

To be honest I don't know about the Balance Scorecard methodology in great detail having never used it. There is a great overview here that you may find useful:

What is the Balanced Scorecard?

It is on my 'to-do list' to add a page on this subject to the main website.

Good day Manoj and welcome to the forum.

If you were trying to attach a file to your post it doesn't appear to have worked again.

It should be a simple as browsing to the relevant file on your computer. How large is the file you are trying to attach? The maximum is 4.88 mb and I'm wondering if this is the reason why?
