Hello Ayşegül -

On our new extrusion line in Izmir, we produce pregel wheat flour
for various applications, we also have a pilot plant for trials.

by itself making pregel wheat flour by extrusion or drum drying
is nothing special, it become more complicated when you
want to have such a product for specific applications.

Then they are many many parameters involved, specially due
to the protein and fat content in the flour.
