Dear all ,
I need an urgent information relating to iranian chopped dates production process.
I need to
-identify the stages ( I know that differs from factory to another but generally used ones )
-identify the mostly possible hazardous stages (shortly the steps can cause an adverse effect to the health)
-than identify the ccps
please assume that the flour used for covering the chopped dates is rice flour.
I am also having my own study on this but your comments will be vital for me
