Hello All,

See the attached spreadsheet as a method of recording, communicating and driving improvements throughout the organisation.

- Only completed improvements included
- Everyone expected to contribute
- Big improvements and little improvements - get em all on!
- Short cut on every managers desk top
- Short cut on every directors desktop
- Discussed - successes celebrated - none entries highlighted

Now if I was the Managing Director I would really love something like that.

What do you think?

Regards,
Simon
