Hello to all,

I am on a project for a manufacturer of stainless steel deposits for the wine industry and although I believe they do not need to implement a HACCP System (they just make the deposits), I would like to know if there is any documentation (European Regulations, Directives or Standards) that qualifies the AISI 304 & AISI 316 as appliable for the food industry.

If so how can I find them?

Thanks a lot to all of you and keep up the good work!

Filipe
