delivery person and vehicles should always be clean and in good health and condition.
refrigeration unit working properly(maintenance up to schedule)
control of temperature through logger by the driver may be to raise an alarm or if more advanced to alert the board in the factory.
instructions to the driver to be follow all the time:
-temperature shoud be below 4C
-doors secured, vigilance, bulgulary.....
- action to take in case of breakdown, temperature raise, has a mobile phone(fully charged) to call the right person in case of problem.
product should always kept safe.
drop delivery in a good and safe manner.
handle a delivery note to be signed (received in good condition and sometimes temperature of delivery if taken by the retailer
anything more or all my results are very basic as I work in avery small company(25 employees) any other helpers may iso9001 or by september iso22000.
