I am a researcher at a UK university and am working on developing a supply chain risk management tool for the food industry. For the ground work I have developed a survey to acertain the practices currently in place in the industry and would greatly appreciate if any of you could complete my survey. The link for it is

Is it being developed for commercial purposes or for a course you are doing, do we get to see the finished product or findings?
