Dear All,

Nice link but, sadly, don't see any mention of HACCP. :thumbdown:

Quality = fitness for purpose. >>> Product must be safe. Typical omission though. I remember there is a substantial thread on this forum over the meaning of quality. :whistle: Suggest monzer to hv a look if possible.
