Banks also help with quality standards applicable Would? which the system being implemented? document varmı? standard's name? :helpplease:

ISO 9001 standard can be used in Banks for implementing Quality Management System

Judging by the current plight of banks worldwide I would say they have only been working to one standard – the protocol of absolute greed. I doubt any management system standard would have prevented such a crisis, but maybe the banks would have been able to be more efficient in ruining themselves and the economies of the world.

I agree with Biss that ISO 9001 is designed to be used by any business including banks. In addition banks must work within laws, regulations, standards and codes of practice for their industry and their geographic location. Methinks banking regulation is a hot topic at the moment.

I am sure that the quality has to be improved in different aspects in the banks too. For the betterment of the quality we have the concept of Six Sigma which was first introduced by motorola
