I know somewhere on here the topic of complaints was raised, but I can't seem to find it, so I thought I'd start it again.

We have had to make one of the strangest complaints to one of our customers!

We sent them 1000Ltrs of product in a returnable IBC, the IBC was returned with the lyrics of Beatles songs penned in black marker all over it, we complained to the customer and they said they would try to make sure it wouldn't happen again, true to their word we did not receive one back with Beatles' lyrics but with U2 lyrics!! I'm not denying they are good artists, but why would you??? :uhm:

Any other weird ones out there?

Nadine.

Sshh! everyone will want one; unless you have enough to go round. :yeahrite:

By the way did you read in the newspaper (The Mirror I think) the other day about the chap who bought a pack of processed ham; when he got home he found printed on the ingredients in capitals "DOG SHIT." :lol2: I kid you not. After an investigation it turned out it was an employee who was bored and probably fed up with the comapny. They promptly fired him.

Regards,
Simon
