I am trying to compile a list of questions one could ask during a food allergen risk assessment for a packaging manufacturer.

Bearing in mind there are no know food allergens in the products or process so what other questions could one ask relating to people, process and environment to show a comprehensive risk assessment had been undertaken.

I'm sure food factories consider food allergens being brought into the production area.

Well I had a go myself and have got to a stage (see attached). Could do with some input now to see if I'm on the right lines and what further I need to do.

BTW I notice that trying to upload MS Word 2007 doc it failed, so I uploaded as a PDF. I think this might point to soem of the uplaod problems memebrs have been experiening.
