Hi all, :rolleyes:

New member to this, just want to say how helpful this network is... I am recently graduated and in my first year of work in Quality Assurance!

Just wonder has anyone any information on HACCP / Food Safety for a Confectionary process (Toffee's & hard suger sweets)

I cant seen to find anything... anywhere!!

I am ex confectionery but I don't have any HACCP plans for the factories I worked in on my system. If you have any specific questions though, I'd be happy to help.
