Dear Friends,

We are planning to make separate Utility Manual for HACCP. I took the HACCP Requirement and started drafting manual - for compressed air, Steam & Piping System. I would like to get your advice and ideas to draft a good manual. Could you please help?.

Thanks in anticipation,
Anish

Hi Anish,

With questions such as this it's always better to post your ideas or proposed structure and then members will have something to work with. They will help you no doubt, but at the moment we have a blank piece of paper and that is sometimes difficult to get moving.

Regards,
Simon

Hi Anish

What are you using the compressed air and steam for?

Tony, we are using it for beverage application. I am making the manual mentioning the HACCP, ISO requirment & 3A Requirement for the production of food grade quality of compressed air & steam and how we are compiling the same.
Is this is ok?. Also I am giving the process block diagram and process flow for each.

Reg,
anish
