Dear all,

Do you include customer complaint in your PRP Manual or just in Food Safety Manual?

Thanks,
Hadi

Hi Hadi

I don't think it matters - the most important thing is that you have a procedure for dealing with customer complaints.

Tony

Dear Hadi,

Sorry for being late as i was off-net from few months. I can SURELY tell you that customer complaints do matter and strongly disagree with my friend Tony. Look in external communication clause 5 ... Not sure about the sub clause its 5.6 i guess. This fits in customer complaint perfectly.

Siraj

Dear Siraj,

You have overlooked the intention and essence of Tony's reply. Tony is not against dealing with customer complaints but he was just saying that placement of description or procedure about customer complaints in your documentation system does not matter. You can include it in your PRP Manual or in Food Safety Manual or keep it as an standalone procedure. Of course, the real thing is to implement it honestly .

Regards:
Zeeshan.
