Hi Cakma,

Do you mean the agricultural side of milk production or milk processing?

Hi Cakma,

There is a useful document from National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments (NCIMS) here:

Attached File  NCIMS Hazard Guide Version 1 1 revised 6_16_06.pdf   791.67KB   50 downloads

The voluntary HACCP alternative program Grade "A" Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (2007 Revision) will also be a good source of information.

Regards,

Tony
