I believe you should maximise uptime, speed and quality, but it can be difficult to use OEE as a measure. I found it difficult if a machine is not meant to run all of the time. I'm not an expert, but would be interested in hearing about your progress AS Nur.

now my OEE is 89 %, so we have to increase the productivity through our production management program.. we hope for the end this year we can reach 90% OEE...

This looks a useful tool. Having spent a few years on production efficiencies and operational effectiveness have been the subjects of many debates.

I know an ex Production Director of mine wouldn't like this. Stopping valuable assets for lunch breaks! :angry:
