Hello everyone, I would like to know if anyone has bibliography on Listeria monocytogenes biofilms in food industry (i.e: good books, articles, magazines) or practical experience dealing with the problem (how was it detected, where - equipment, surface material, others - and how did you get rid of the biofilm). I´m experiencing some dificulties in finding biofilms for a research work and i would be very pleased to know others quality control technicians experience.
thanks, Mar.

Hi Mar,

I can help you with some literature research.

Biofilms in the Food and Beverage Industries (Book)

Biofilms in the Food Environment (Book)

Handbook of Hygiene Control in the Food Industry (Book)

Biofilms on Fresh Produce and Difficulties in Decontamination (Article)

You should find enough answers there.

Marco
