I was able to get lot of knowledge,that helps me to work as a food safety auditor from ts site. Thank you all. Can any one helps me to find out microbiological limits set for prepared meals or various kind of dishes served in restaurants.

There is basic food safety program run by one of the renowned certification body. It is an inspection program for hotels and restaurants.
This program also has micro limits for prepared food. The file is attached.

Nice document. :thumbup:

I believe the numerical data/interpretations are essentially "borrowed" from the Public Health Laboratory Service (PHLS) of UK as published in 2000. The latter (under new acronym) have subsequently updated the publication (ca. 2010) although in some respects i prefer this earlier version since it had not yet been adjusted to align with the EC's microbiological philosophy.
