There is basic food safety program run by one of the renowned certification body. It is an inspection program for hotels and restaurants.
This program also has micro limits for prepared food. The file is attached.

Dear Ajay Shah,

Nice document.

I believe the numerical data/interpretations are essentially "borrowed" from the Public Health Laboratory Service (PHLS) of UK as published in 2000. The latter (under new acronym) have subsequently updated the publication (ca. 2010) although in some respects i prefer this earlier version since it had not yet been adjusted to align with the EC's microbiological philosophy.

Rgds / Charles.C

Kind Regards,

Charles.C
