In-past i have seen few fellow members from INDIA working in mango processing plants, browse the Food Safety & Quality Manager Forums but i am not sure anybody related to mango farm.

That's good ISO 22000 in a mango farm.

Can you share the process flow,

- a land with mango trees,
- is it hand picking from trees or from ground or any process
- cleaning and storage
- any processing ? cutting or peeling or separation of seeds and juice !
- packing and distribution.
- climatic conditions in your farm and area

We need more and above information to help you!

Dear Phonebell,

I am assuming you understand the basics of HACCP and ISO22000.

This document may help you although it is not specifically related to mango.

Attached File  iso 22000 food-production.pdf   239.13KB   51 downloads

I also suggest as per previous post that you provide a little more information if you have a specific request so that we can help you further.

PS Welcome to the forum ! :welcome:

Kind Regards,

Charles.C
