Hi.
In the factory, machines are equipped in sieves that often clog and need to cleaned. Operators always put the dirty sieves on the ground. Do you think that:
I solution
The best solution would be to make two hooks on the wall that they will be always hanging on the wall even when they are dirty.
II solution
Each time the operator should take dirty sieve, go to a special room where he will wash the sieve then return and hang clean one on the wall.

Or is it possible to clean sieves in the same place in the distance form active line and then hang clean on the wall?
Thanks

From an efficiency point of view I would favour cleaning in place if it can be done effectively and safely. I'm sure it can be done with the right tools and equipment. What are you cleaning?

I would use a bath to clean them in then leave them soaking in a sanitiser. It would be better if you have a spare so you can swap them over and there is not so much rush in cleaning them and putting them back if it clogs during production.

Tony
