I need your opinion on cleaning of ceiling paint

What's your opinion about cleaning of ceiling paint in a cheese factory and cheese? Can be achieved easily or weekly cleaning procedure as the ceiling trying to be made ​​of the same material as the walls (waterproof).

Ceilings and walls should be in good condition and cleanable, obviously you wouldn't want paint peeling off and presenting a contamination risk. In terms of cleaning frequency it would depend on how dirty it get's; do it once and then monitor.
