Hi to all :)

It's been a wee while since I was last here. I'm slowly re-entering the food safety and quality management world again and I must say, I have missed IFSQN.

Have been updating my allergy reading and come across this review paper. My apologies if someone has already released it in this forum.

This could be a very handy paper for many quality managers or food production managers.

Would love to hear people's thoughts on this paper.

I have been looking for information on allergen dose/rxn levels recently with little success, so this article is a great jumping off point! Many thanks!!
