Hi all,

Our companies trying to prepare us the 6th IFS v

In the area of food defense, we would like to use the procedure VACCP because it is very similar to HACCP.

My question is, is there somewhere a official documents to the VACCP procedure?

I've found so far only that:

http://www.sbssa.ac-...etHygiene09.pdf

But I look for a little more meaningful or a whole document.

Thanks a lot

Dear Wexermann,

Indeed, other people here seem to agree with yr difficulty in getting info. (eg see this thread - http://www.ifsqn.com...dpost__p__51630 )

There does seem to be a lot of interest in French literature. I found this English translation of related general options which contains some VACCP info. The specific link which they additionally recommended seemed to be not working/searchable when I tried it.

Attached File  Food Chain Protection.pdf   496.29KB   546 downloads

Hopefully of some assistance.
