hi guys,

actually i have recently bought a water activity meter which measures the % of water molecules in dry pellets. I also measure humidity of these pellets at the same time.
Does any one have an idea of the limit i should keep for AW so that no mold growth take place.

Thanks guys

Simon

Can anyone help Rudra defining limits for this?

Thanks,
