So this might be a touchy topic but I need some help. With BRC (and food safety in general) I find it very hard to come up with way where a person in a wheel chair would be able to work in a meat processing plant. The chair would need to be cleaned and inspected every time it entered the room.
The person in the wheel chair would have to touch the wheels as they move around the area. Then when they arrive at their station how would they wash their hand so they could work? Can anyone help, is this a lost cause?
