hi, everybody

 

i used compact dry plate for analysis pathogen bacteria in dairy indystry

i need more information for used this method, for diferent products for exampe: yoghurt, sour cream, cheese.

Dear kimkos,

 

Yr reference to a "compact dry plate" is very general and unclear. Could apply to many, many different selective media / target pathogens so that the dairy possibilities are sort of microbiological text book size. :smile:

 

Or do you mean a particular, branded, commercial test kit ? If so, please specify.

 

Please provide more information regarding the media on the plate and target pathogen species in your current application?
