Hello there!

My name is Gareth, but please call me Gaz.

I am a Technical Manager for a large independant family owned Bakery in the North West and I have joined up here for a few hints and tips in the food safey world - in particular the new BRC v7 and the Food Fraud sections.

I look forward to interacting with everyone on the forums, sharing my experience, and learning from others.
