Can anyone explain to me what the break and clean process is?  Samples?

Hi there,

 

As your question has been on the forums for a while I suggest you clarify your question.

 

In dairy I established a system that could be described as 'break and clean' where periodically we would introduce a break in reworking product and thoroughly clean the plant.
