Am Esther from Nairobi, Kenya. Food SafEty Expert having being in food safety for the last 9yrs. Implemented both 1SO 9001 and ISO 22000:2005 in a large hospital and got certified and recertified for three cycles. Consulted on implemention  ISO 22000 in a Members club, and currently working on getting a huge high end hotel certified. Am also a trained Internal Auditor  and Lead Auditor for both standards and participates in External FSMS Audits as a Technical Expert.

 

Am happy to join other interanational experts on this Food Quality Platform.
