May you please assist me with a list of statutory and regulatory requirements for primary flexible packaging manufactures.

I need to do a legal register.

Hi

For a start you have to check if your country has a specific regulations for flexible Packaging (for example : specific migration limits, or heavy metal content of film)

 

The legal requirement is basically your local/national requirement and the requirement of the country of where the products will be used.
