I have bachelor degree and high diploma in food science , now interested for further learning (on line only).

what subject do you recommend ? my objective is to be more updated knowledge wise regarding food science

my current career (and my joy as well ) : quality assurance manager in catering company , including diet food (raw materials specifications and calorie count included in my scope of work )
