Just want to understand how to translate the logarithm value of bacteria into number of bacteria. So, for example if we have staphylococcus at 8.09log10, what would be the translation into number of bacteria/g or cfu/g.

I guess that the "10" in yr post was supposed to be in subscript, ie number was 8.09log10

(answer should be 123,026,877.0812 cfu/gram assuming that cfu/gram was the original unit used)
NOTE - if yr original number was actually 8.09log10(10) the answer will be (a lot) different.
