Honey traceability

From farm to ... folk :lol2:

An ancient Chinese proverb teaches that the person who waits for a roast duck to fly into their mouth must wait a very long time.

Honey traceability

From farm to ... folk :lol2:

 Nice thread dipped in honey,
honey is from farm to folk,
are we tracing honey...

Any how i found to be very useful as a honey packer, as far traceability they explained one step up (immediate supplier) and one step down (immediate customer), same as FSMS and exception for the final customer has not to be identified, the time of records keeping fixed time frame not set but the recommendation given for 5 years from date of manufacturing and delivery / +6 month from the period of the shelf life, from my opinion we can keep it more as this is just record keeping (hard copies or soft copies preferably) and even finished goods samples if have large storage place,

Thanks Abdul!

I always try to find new stuff and "enrich" some topics that I am either familiar with or intrested in learning more about them. But okay sometimes I find online a vast amount of "condensed" knowledge which is impossible to assimilate so I just add it as additional information. It doesn't mean that I know everything, I just know how, where and what to look for in order to provide some help/guidance to those who seek it.

Cheers!
