I just want to ask with regards the implementation of food safety management system in catering company.please if it is possible How will be implemented and what are the requirements to have Haccp certificate for Catering companies ?

In the UK, officially a system "based on HACCP" needs to be used. Whether it is legislation (yet) in Albania, certainly people are moving that way. Is it well complied with in catering? Nope not in the UK despite it being law for years but it should be an aim in my opinion and if they don't have it, you have to wonder how they are controlling the food safety.
