Guys,

 

We are a company of 4 employees, squeezing juice from fresh produce using Cold press and then using High Pressure pasteurization for achieving the 5 log reduction. We are looking for someone to write our HACCP plan & Prerequisites from scratch. Should be well aware with Juice HACCP guidelines.  Interested parties please reply with your contact info.

Hmmm...in your subject you put juice / nut milk / baby food.  These are three different areas of regulations...quite complicated.  If you want some input feel free to send me a message on here and we can touch base.
