Good Day Everyone! 

 

I'am having a hard time in creating program for internal proficiency test for our laboratory analyst. Can anyone suggest any sites where i can find procedures for internal proficiency test?

What is your scope , is it FMCG laboratory , medical ,.....etc, is it external laboratory or whiten factory , tests are microbiological , chemical , sensory,.... , how many tests you have , how many laboratories do you have. These data can help us to support you with a proper data 

 

I prefer you start with ISO 17025 it will help you a lot ( you can search this forum you will find plenty of topics ) , if could not located please let me know to share it with you.

 

Generally proficiency test we use to assure results against known standard sample ( repeatability  and reproduceability are considered) .

Hello Sir, 

 

In our case, we are in food processing plant (Canned Sardines). The analysis that we have are the following; 

1. Product Sensory Evaluation 

2. Water Analysis - Physical and Chemical Test 

3. Microbiological Test for Water, Food Contact Surfaces and Air 

4. Histamine Analysis 

5. pH Analysis on Finished Products 

 

We wanted to have a program for internal proficiency testing.
