Hi there,

I would like to blend the full cream powder with fresh raw milk and Homogenize, pasteurize and fill it into PET bottles.

Is there any effect on milk quality, shelf life, taste etc, of mixing milk powder with raw milk and processing it. If yes, what are the quality defects we can get and what is the right method to remove such quality defects if we are mixing raw milk with powdered milk (FCP, SMP)

All your comments shall be highly appreciated.

Regards, Mahesh Rao

Hi there,

Do you use milk separators https://merry-farm.com/ or other milk producing equipment in your business? As I know the milk for milk separator should be exactly pure and natural without any additive. Do you know something about that?
