Hello everyone,

My company is only GMP certified and I am urgently preparing to apply for certifications in HACCP and FSSC 22000 within the next 3 months. At the moment, we have very basic documents and there's a huge GAP to cross.

I am not trained in any of these and the company does not have enough funds to send me for training. I am looking for online resources and cover the basics before I approach the ABs.

Could anyone please share an index of documents (document title names) required for FSSC 22000 and HACCP certifications?

Thank you!

Regards,

Diane Ampere (Di)

Hi Diane,

Following a good resource for Online HACCP training ( I am not affiliated to them and used it for some of my supervisors to get certified):

https://foodsafety.n...haccp-training/

See if it works for you for the HACCP certification.

Hi Diane,

These documents should help get you started. I would look through IFSQN where the topic has been reviewed at length.

Thank you Brendan, the first link looks like the guide for certification bodies though, more than for manufacturer,,,,

I'll certainly keep this for reference, thanks!

Hi Diane,

TBH, unless you are a miracle worker or yr process is incredible simple, I suggest you inform yr Manager that 3 months is highly improbable.

There is another thread here which references a list of documents (ie Procedures, Policies, etc) required for iso22000. It is not short.

IIRC the complete, pre-written Package for fssc22000 available on this Forum is expected to need minimum 6 months. It also offers a free downloadable summary of the Contents of the Package which might be interesting for you, see  -

https://www.ifsqn.co...ation-packages/

You might also find an internal/audit checklist for fssc22000 useful, eg -

Kind Regards,
