I need help where to find reference materials pertaining to micro allowable limit for fresh ginger and turmeric.
We tested these fresh produce for Salmonella, coli/E. coli, Listeria and SPC.

Salmonella spec. will be something like Nil detection in 25g
By "fresh" do you mean direct from the "field" . ??? (Some.refs consider micro.specs to have no meaningful value in such a case)
Listeria will probably be quoted as L.monocytogenes.
PS - Google directly offers a variety of specs for both items.
