I work for a great innovator who's cautiously excited to expand his cookie-producing line to meet demand. I've joined the team with the objectives of:
- Fulfilling and improving our SQF Plan
- Maintaining our existing and new (sometime in 2019 we'll bring it online) baking lines
- Generally contributing to my employer's business success with management-level tasks
I've a few decades of industrial-equipment maintenance in my back pocket, a bit of hubris from teaching too long in higher ed., and a passion for putting data to work.
