In theory, May 2019...that's what they said (link)

But it seems it hasn't been published yet...It must be a matter of time. In any case, audits against the V5 won't start until next year (if everything goes as planned, which is not the rule lately regarding FSSC).

On May 31, we wrote a request to the Foundation FSSC 22000 and received an answer that version 5 of FSSC 22000 scheme will be published on June 3. Yes, version 5 of FSSC 22000 scheme was published yesterday.

The development of the project was managed by the FSSC 22000 team and guided by the FSSC 22000 Advisory Committee and Board of Stakeholders which have determined that all certified organizations shall be audited against Version 5 between 1 January and 31 December 2020.
