I would like to seek your recommended database to conduct the following activities as point of reference:

  • Food Safety Hazard Analysis
  • Food Fraud Vulnerability Assessment
  • Food Defense Threat Assessment

Thank you.

Hi Mateo,

I'm a little confused by yr query.

IIRC, a database is only specifically required for VA (ie No.2)..

Can you clarify type of database/purpose for (1,3) ?

Kind Regards,

Charles.C

(2) database which has information on food Fraud issues, authencity tests

Hi Mateo,

Thks response.

Based on threads in this Forum, and assuming that free is a criterion, afaik, No.1 does not fully exist. Partials maybe -

(a) as a sub-aspect of No.3.

(b) For a listing of Product vs typical safety hazards, you might find this of interest -

Attached File  PCHF-Guidance-Appendix-1-Hazards_Tables_01-17-2018.pdf   1.9MB   67 downloads

(c) For micro.safety limits, maybe these posts/threads -

http://www.ifsqn.com...ds/#entry127333

http://www.ifsqn.com...us/#entry127998

No.2 - one possibility is -

No.3 - See this recent thread -

https://www.ifsqn.co...-database-free/

Kind Regards,

Charles.C
