Chandra Shekar : h
Lili emera : i love the presentation
Hlonipani Nleya : Loving the current slide. Good stuff!
Rokshanara Khatun : What are the situations could trigger recall?
Bhagyashree Gade : if there is no traceablllity of documents , mock recall fails that incudes lot codes, expiry dates of ingredients
Ana Pierdoná : recall must be completed within four hours? not two?
Filomena Meneses : Some times the validity is so small, than the product is consumed. What corrective action you can take?
Ana Pierdoná : ok, thanks
DANIEL OLVERA : hello from Mexico
Ana Pierdoná : Usually poultry meat we apply 2 hours (recall)
Bhagyashree Gade : yes it should be simpler as much as it can
Bhagyashree Gade : thanks vladimir
Leslie Parker : Thank you
Hlonipani Nleya : These 2hr or 4 hr time scales do they refer to the desktop recall or actual recall
Rokshanara Khatun : Wonderful presentation!
Mary Pauline Jance : Thanks for the very informative webinar! :)
COLEEN MARCIA HENRY : Thanks much. Very informative.
Michele Otte : Thank you.
Hlonipani Nleya : Thank you. Good presentation.
Diana Samson : very informative
Chandra Shekar : more informatic vladimir
Darla KILROY : Thank you
Kim Stevenson : Thank you, great presentation!
Frances Blosser : Joel didn't mention Quality in his question.  Would you leave that department out?
Katherine Fuentes  : How doy you perform a mock recall when products are exported?
Robyn Wallace : We preform our mock recall to the first distribution point.  This could be the distributor.  This we can do in 2 hours, but if we have to go all the way to the final customer, this can take 1-2 days.  In your experience, is this acceptable to certification bodies like FSSC?
Joel Meras : Hi Frances, definitely Quality is part of it.
Milton Matamoros : Does recall procedures communications includes management only? how to ensure everyone is aware?
Ana Pierdoná : Recall within 4 hours or 2 it will depend the standards the site apply?
Rushikesh Nagargoje : what is difference between recall & withdrawl...
Joel Meras : As our normal practice, recall call-out start with Quality department.  I mean the Quality department prepares the recall notice.
Bhagyashree Gade : @ milton: there is when communication is important
Bhagyashree Gade : traiing should be tehre
Filomena Meneses : it depends from the cliente...
S G : What percentage of effectiveness in the recall would be considered as satisfactory?
Bhagyashree Gade : 100% S G
Filomena Meneses : it is from efectives mock
Nikhil Narwal : I believe it's the shelf life
Michele Otte : Perhaps Filomena is referring to the product shelf life (as in fresh produce)?
Bhagyashree Gade : yes Nikhil i think the same
Bhagyashree Gade : fresh produce has less shelf ;life
Katherine Fuentes  : Is it advisable to implement an unique recall procedure both for quality and safety issues?
Bhagyashree Gade : so his question is if the recall product is already consumed, what is the corrective action taken?
Katherine Fuentes  : Is it advisable to implement an unique recall procedure both for quality and safety issues?
Robert+ Samudio : We have a system to find out  the recall in less than half hour anywhere around the world
Bhagyashree Gade : recall: when human health is affected
Roseline Ayeji : Nice presentation. I enjoyed it
Bhagyashree Gade : withdrwal: when human health is not affceted. no need to inform higher authorities
Joel Meras : Agree Bhagyashree
Chandra Shekar : difference b/w mockrecall and recall?
Joel Meras : Ours 95% to be considered satisfactory.
Michele Otte : Most of our customers buy in bulk and then package under their own private labels. Ultimately we'd be responsible for the costs involved with an actual recall, but would our mock recall require us to go all the way to their end users? I'm not sure we could even get that information from our customers.
Teresa+ Garces+Baquero : Most times it is not possible to know who are the final consumers
Olakunle  Olatunde : Slides say when recall effectiveness is less than 100, reasons should be outlined?
Marcia Rossi : Thank you. Very interesting. I am leaving
Darla KILROY : to obtain 100% it is important to include waste/yields, and any R&D samples
Bhagyashree Gade : yes thats true..where we can prevent:)
Ahmed hammad : what about recall at fast food resturant
Alyssa J : If there is a mandatory kill step (boiling) that will be performed in a not RTE recalled product , can a risk assessment be a tool used in determining recall status?
Hlonipani Nleya : @Michele i think it would be ethical to request your customers to keep a record of their customers for recall purposes
Michele Otte : Thank you for the clarification!  That's what we've been doing -- just wanted to check.  :)
Michele Otte : Thanks Hlonipani.  They do that, but understandably, they don't want to hand over that information to their suppliers.
Sarra Karrar : what's about recall of raw meat
Alyssa J : is a recall mandatory if there is a kill step?
Milynda Dosunmu : My company rent its factory spaces to small maufactures for production, do we need a recall program for these companies
Michele Otte : Darla, that's a great point.  We struggle to do that -- and I'm sure we're not alone!
Bhagyashree Gade : when I can accept the presentation on HACCP?
Jennifer Anwar : Thank you!
Alyssa J : thank you both!  :)
Simone Kummerlöwe : Thanks
Hlonipani Nleya : Thank you
Katherine Fuentes  : Thank you!!
Olakunle  Olatunde : Thanks Vlad & Simon
Joel Meras : Thank you
Paulo Renato Machado : Very good!
