Robyn Wallace : We preform our mock recall to the first distribution point. This could be the distributor. This we can do in 2 hours, but if we have to go all the way to the final customer, this can take 1-2 days. In your experience, is this acceptable to certification bodies like FSSC?

Ultimately we'd be responsible for the costs involved with an actual recall, but would our mock recall require us to go all the way to their end users? I'm not sure we could even get that information from our customers.
