Looking for HPLC testing methods for powder based animal food material for all of the below:

Biogenic Amines

antioxidant (BHA/BHT)

Melamine

Years ago, I worked as a chemist in an HPLC laboratory. I don't consider myself to be an expert in any way, and I am certainly very rusty as it has been a very long time since I have used HPLC instrumentation.

 

I'm seeing a lot of methodology available online for your requested analyses. The one thing of note here is the product matrix does affect the recovery percentage of the analyte in question. You'd probably be doing a lot of trial/error testing and spiking your controls with different concentrations to see recovery rates vs. your actual samples.
