Vickie Lewandowski : Can you clarify your answer regarding the use of air.  If you use air to blow soil/dirt/food from equipment prior to cleaning/sanitation, do not use compressed air.  Using high pressure air can drive soils into niches--food for the bacteria.  Using air can have the same effect as using high pressure water.

aneta cop : after a person washes hands and puts on the fresh nit-rile glove is it recommended to sanitize gloved hands or that is unnecessary
Ivan Z : Ozone is used to disinfect water, food ingredientes (fruits, vegetables, meats) and also food contact and non-food contact surfaces.
